Good for you! I've had some Victorys and liked them. Solid bikes
Well... I just picked up another bike from another American Motorcycle Company that has closed its doors...
And the winner is… Polaris err… Indian err… I mean Victory! ( A lot of the dealers are having Fire Sales and dumping the bikes. )
Yes a 2016 Victory Cross County Tour that is soon to be modded into a custom Bagger. Rather than buying a Bagger and changing stuff for times that I might be touring with the O'Lady, I figured it was cheaper to buy the Tourer and make it a Bagger. Let the mods begin.
And for those that are going to say it didn’t happen because of no pictures… NANABOO BOO… See Below.

Nice chrome sofa! Lol. Jk. I dig it
Am I missing something here? You say you're turning it into a bagger, that thing looks like a bagger to me already! I don't really follow the custom bagger scene, it reminds me of the 330 mm tire craze of years ago, but I do know what a bagger looks like and that looks like one to me...lol. I must be waaaaaay outta the loop.
Its the Victory model, I would call both the 'Tourer' and the 'Bagger'... Baggers. The difference is the 'Tourer' has a top box and better pillion seating.
But ya Wicked, they all look the same from 30 yards, just like sport bikes! Unless your addicted like we are

Congrats. That's a nice ride.

One of the guys I used to work with has a Crouss Country with 86thousand on it, and the only thing he's done is change filter and oil. (Service on these bikes is every five thousand miles.)I've had some Victorys and liked them. Solid bikes
So I'm hoping this is a good platform to do some touring on.... (Looking forward to lobster rolls in Maine this spring.)

Cooter is right they are all really baggers...
But back in the day we called the touring models dressers or full dressers because they had the back top case and lower front fairings.
I prefer to think the term Bagger is used on the sportier version of bike which only has the front fairing and rear hard saddle bags.
Yup and here's the first mod... I'm partial to lime greenNice chrome sofa
