New Google Map for Buellers

Last 3 people are added twice on the map. LowKey, Negative, and WileyXB12X. First time I added myself and refreshed the map my icon was gone so I redid it and now I'm on two times along with the other two guys. I tried to delete one but it won't let me do that, only edit the info. Maybe the map maker can clean it up? Thanks for making the map for us!

Thanks LowKey. I went in and supposedly deleted the last three dupes. Check it out again and see if it's cleaned up. I had to click on Edit like in the original instructions, then find the landmark and there is an option to delete in the lower left of the information box.

That delete was unresponsive for me, everything else worked fine tho.

edit/text box, click the stock blue dot icon top middle, drop down box with a bunch of choices for you.

I'm going to go though and clean the map up a bit. Duplicate names, routes, lines, and markers that are obviously not usernames fre will be deleted.

Any body else having any problems?

The map has been cleaned up a bit:

• If your username was on the map multiple times, I deleted the duplicates and kept the one with the most info filled out or unique icon. Those of you who marked your home town and college town locations, I kept those—so only duplicates that shared the exact same locale were eliminated.

• Obvious mistakes: some non-Buell oriented businesses were deleted, directions/lines deleted

• Your placemarker needs to be edited for your username. I deleted all markers that didn't have username information (Placemarker 201, etc)

• Set default view to the world-wide view

And as a general note, don't put your exact address as your placemarker. This is a public map and anyone with the link can view it... might as well be a list of Buells to steal. Use your head!
