Most orders take up to 10 business day to ship, and custom seats may take up to one month to ship as they are made to order. We are working hard to reduce this lead time. Keep in mind that we only ship to the USA and Canada at this time. Refunds for accidental orders will only be given if the buyer contacts us within 10 days or less from the order date. The refund will be the total amount paid minus a 30% processing fee.
