General Terms:

price indicated on your order confirmation during the check out process.

during your order. Our general hours of operation are Monday thru Friday

8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m EST.



Online Pricing:

Except where noted otherwise, the 'Displayed Price' shown for products

on BuellXB represents the full retail price listed on the product

itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in

accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a

comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The 'Displayed Price' is a

comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing

price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are

offered as a set, the 'Displayed Price' may represent "open-stock"

prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or

suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set.



With respect to items sold by BuellXB, we cannot confirm the price of

an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card

until right before your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our

best efforts, a small number of the items in our online catalog may be

mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price,

we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before

shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation and

the reason for cancellation.



Catalog Descriptions:

BuellXB attempts to be as accurate as possible when creating online

catalog descriptions. However, we can not and do not warrant that catalog

descriptions or other content on this site is accurate, complete,

reliable, current, or error-free. If an item offered by BuellXB is not as

described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition (or

compliant with our return policy).



Customer Accounts:

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their

own account email and password and for restricting access to their

personal computer or laptop, and you agree to accept responsibility for all

activities that occur under their account or password. If you are

under the age of 18, you may use BuellXB online catalog only with

involvement of a parent or guardian. BuellXB reserves the right to refuse

service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in

their own sole discretion.

Custom Merchandise:

All custom made motorcycle parts and aftermarket parts are manufactured

according to the specifications of our product designers and are

thoroughly inspected before shipping to be free of defects.



Applicable Law:

By visiting and/or using BuellXB online catalog, you agree that the

laws of the state of Indiana, without regard to principles of conflict of

laws, will govern these 'Conditions of Use' and any dispute of any sort

that might arise between you and BuellXB or its affiliates, sponsors

or endorses.



Policies, Modification, Severability:

Please review our other policies, such as the privacy notice and our

shipping and returns policy, posted on this site. These policies also

govern your visit to BuellXB. We reserve the right, at any time, to make

changes to our site, our policies, and these 'Conditions of Use'. If any

of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason

unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not

affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition(s).

At this time we only ship to the USA and Canada. Please do not place orders if you are outside of the country. No refunds will be given to customers that attempt to place orders outside the USA. Keep in mind that we do not ship outside of the USA at this time. Refunds for accidental orders will only be given if the buyer contacts us within 10 days or less from the order date. The refund will be the total amount paid minus a 30% processing fee.
