What is the best Motor Oil For my 06 Uly

Hullo all,

I'm looking for some advice. My manual says the best motor oil is 10w40, but I noticed on the main forum that people were saying the best oil is 20w50 Synthetic... What do you Uly riders use?

I use Harley Screaming Eagle 20w50 synthetic in mine. Assuming you are riding in a climate thats close to spring summer in nebraska (temps from 55-100) i think 20w50 would be just fine 4 u...

i use amsoil 20w-50 it handle high temp.what is the best trans. oil

Unless you're riding in 5C or cooler, 10w40 is too light. Use a good quality synthetic 20w50. RP, Mobil 1, Redline, Lucas etc...
There's alot of good oils out there, best bet is to check local availability and stick with something good ( def. synthetic whatever the brand).

Harley Davidson recommends the use of its own synthetic-blend oil and when that's not available, 20/50 oil for Diesel Engines.
