picked up a set of pellacrash frame sliders from a group buy on buelletinboard...

how did those mount on? are they attached to the frame itself?

they mount through the motor mount bolts fumy i just put the ones i got from blackflash on last night i will post a pic later tonight

correct, they mount to the frame at the motor mount. with a long allen bolt

if they mount to the frame, would it be considered frame damage if you go down and it snapped the motor mount bolts? or is that not possible?

its possible and it's the one thing people are speculating may happen... I don't believe anyone with this type slider has gone down yet so we shall see in the future what happens.

Dont get me wrong, I hope you dont get the chance to find out or anything, just if that does happen with those installed, wouldnt insurrance company more than likely "total" the bike for it?

Insurance, lol![down] Pay cash and just get liability. the money you'll save can be used to pay for a new bike when you crash this one.
