Here is my dyno from today. Its a little weird they put speed on the bottom instead of rpms.

2008 xb12ss
EBR ECM w/jardine tune
jardine w/QMI
ASB open intake

I'd go back and tell them to reload the run file and get it scaled in RPM - that is goofy IMO. They did keep it, yes?

Did it hit the rev limiter? Looks like it was falling off, but can't say for sure.

This is mine with Micron exhaust ASB Open airbox and breather reroute NO TUNING other then to ride it normally. Have yet to dyno it after I've tuned her via Ecmspy The spike in the torque curve is when the cable came off the plug wire

It looks right to me. You can see where the rev limiter hits. My question is where is the A/F ratio? Any decel poping?

No decel popping on mine at all. Also forgot to mention it is a XB12R `07 model yr

If that is all the 12's make to the tires I would hate to see what my 9 would do :(

Yeah, that looks about right.

Sad thing is that this CB750 I'm rebuilding will put out just about the same numbers.

The Buell is just a ****ton more fun to ride.

It has been awhile since I have datalogged and tuned my bike As soon as I get the cosmetic work done I will get that done and re dyno it I should get close to 100hp b/c I was at 90 with no tuning so....

I have Remus powerizer, Race muffler and K&N filter (no "ultimate" airbox) and pulled 93hp / 104nm last summer.
i'll try to find dyno results somewhere but im afraid i have lost them[sad]

i'll think that 64-65nm looks like there is something seriously wrong![confused]

64-65 are in lb-ft. not nm.

Don't feel bad xtreme the 900 (883) sportster makes like 45 to the rear wheel.

The 103 hp is crank rated, figure it's going to lose 16-20% power through the driveline. Stock at the wheel should be around 85 hp, but every motor is different. The ASB XB exhaust test from several years back was slightly skewed, it showed stock making 100 hp at the wheel. Hate to break it to you, but that would be pretty much impossible in stock trim. Exhaust and an ecm or tuning, yeah, you might get close, but anything over a 15% gain without engine work is pretty tough to get. It can be done though.

All things being equal and _assuming_ the test data was correct (stock making 101 hp) then the best one out there (micron) only made 4 hp more than stock, or a 4% gain. Personally, I'd HATE spending $1k+ for that small of a gain. Everything else made about the same on the xb12's. The xb9's faired a little better with a huge 20% gain on the micron, 79 hp stock and 96 with the micron. Kinda makes you wonder though, don't it? Why such a dismal gain on the xb12, but a huge one on the xb9?
