You may have fouled plugs. Replace your spark plugs and the problem should go away.

Also check fuses, as usually.. (?)
Regarding plugs, I use NGK, according to
this table

http://www.harley-performance.com/harley-spark-plug.html

Spark plugs are hard to access in XB, I needed to
buy a cheap one-time-use key, and curve it, to
reach the socket under the frame..

BTW, it's Corbin lowered seat, isn't it? How does it do? :)

It was out of gas but my light didnt come on. It also just hapend again it took 4.2 gallons of gas so it should have about .2 gallons left but the light didn't come on or the fuel trip odometer so what can i do to fix this.http://www.buellxb.com/buell_images/6591_20100531172303_L.jpg

if the fuel light doesn't come on you can't fix it you will have to get a new instrument cluster unfortunately that or just keep an eye on your mileage

Was going to say the bulb could be burned out, but the fuel light is already an led...

Best bet is to keep an eye on mileage...I reset my trip every time I fill up and keep it visible so I know when I'm getting close, even though my light works.

The low fuel warning is triggered by a switch attached to the fuel pump in the frame. If the switch doesn't work, you won't get either a warning light or a odo countdown. My 04XB12S has the same problem. Now, I just keep an eye on the trip meter.
Never really checked that hard to see if the switch is a separate item from the fuel pump, my guess is that you'll have to buy a new pump assembly....

it sounds like there is a short between some wires

usually these don't have a ton of electrical problems and the wiring harness is really pretty simple on these, just take off the seat and start tracing?

What year is that...06? There was a tilt sensor recall on earlier models I believe. Kickstand falls off too. Watch your legs at the gas station.
