im not so sure about the dead sheep on your seat but to each his own. i like the decals and the tennis wrap is a neat idea, how do you like having such a big diameter grip though?

Don't know about the skinned out sheep either. Doesn't that thing smell like 10 bags of ass if it gets wet? Two big [up][up]on the decals they make the bike. Red is the perfect contrast to the black.

+1 on the grips! i want to hear more. i like the idea! i wouldn't mind a bit larger grip and something to cut the vibes and offer some cushion

is this the touring setup, or just every day riding? I've heard a lot of talk from people about buying gel seats and everything else from long trips, and I always thought it made more sense just to find something nice and soft to stick on the seat. Not only is it softer than the seat, but it'll lift up your butt an inch or two to give your legs a little more room.

I picked up the Wilson Tennis racket Foam Grip from Wally World. You need one pack per grip. Grand total is $5. Don't know how long it will last. The vibes are down and because I have big mits, I have a much better grip. And for all of you sheep haters: It is removable!!! :) I cut it too shape and laid it on top of an egg crate type foam pad I got from wally world a couple of years ago. The sheep plus the pad do raise me up an inch or so. Coupled with the dropped pegs and I can tour much more comfortably. I can remove both in 2 seconds flat (maybe quicker) for local rides.

Also, the front signals are different because they were left over from a mod on a different bike. I will eventually get around to buying something that matches the rear.

AussieBuell - I have never been one to wash bikes much. This bike seems to be a dirt magnet so I will have to change my ways to keep her presentable.

I ordered the laminar lip in smoke. I will post more pics when that comes in.

Hey ridecono I'm not trying to be a dick or anything but your bar end mirrors are on wrong I think.I have the same ones and the mirror clamp goes around that black piece that you put into the end of your handlebars. I don't know am i seeing it wrong?

RideEcono, how do you like the 2" drop on the foot pegs? I thinking about buying a set about 1". Anyone here tried both and preferred one over the other?
