Hello,

Is THIS box possible to disassembly, uhm.. in the
way, that it can be re-assembled? of course I don't mean
removing the cover, I think one of sockets inside the box
has a broken stick (or sticks), which make a new fuse a
little bit loosen - which, with the whole bike turbulence
happen to slide-out sometimes.. Is it possible to get inside
the box, or do I need to replace the whole thing to avoid
any possible fuse slide-outs ?

I'm having the same problem. Fuse box heats up and the fuses lose connection. Bike STOPS RUNNING. Since bad passes are a way of life it irritates me... Any answers?

I would squirt some deox-it on the terminals. Then push in the fuses. See if that does the trick. But if they are so loose they seem like they could rattle out, take a little pick and GENTLY push over the contact so it's tighter on the fuse. Easy peasy. Just get a little pick or small eyeglass screwdriver.

I haven't seen it in 2007 service manual. I'm wanting to pull my contacts out for inspection.
