Hey just wondering I have a 09 1125r (love it) But have on one or two occasions where the throttle is not responding, generally in first or second and when cruising around town.
Makes for an interesting ride when you twist the throttle and there is a major delay or no response.

Should only happen in 3rd gear, approx 4000 rpm, nail the throttle. That's the solenoid on the throttle bodies doing it, it's an EPA noise reduction device. If it were me, I'd take it off and get the $6 resistor plug to eliminate the codes it throws for the solenoid not being there.

The easiest way is to either cut the cable or unplug the solenoid and put the the resistor in. Easy fix really.

Didnt have the problem on my CR but did it anyway. I had to order the plug, but in the mean time I snipped the wires and wire nutted them together. That way there was no codes or problems. Got the plug and installed. Now good to go!
