Offhand question if I may...

Why do you want just a "rim" ?
When in fact, you need the whole "wheel".

Why do people call a wheel...a rim ?
Though when talking about the distance between the axles...is the..."wheel" base...not the rim base.

Just curious.

Mike

Sorry, no extra Buell wheels (or removable rims).

With such a shallow bend It might be repairable.

Check out EBR. I won't say this outloud but my buddy just picked up 2 brand new rims from them for $110 a piece. I guess I did say it out loud huh.... I don't know what kind of sweet talking he did but that was the final price.

that nuts! i ride an 09 1125R, i have never taken any dmg in turn like that but i have sure hit some nasty bumps.

Im in Jacksonville NC around camp Lejuene. we have a bunch of fab shops here. probably do to the fact that we have a large amount of inexperienced young marine riders that bang out there bikes on a regular basis.

anyway to the point. if you must change the wheel. and you cant get that fantastic deal that Buell Cru mention. you could maybe look into a custom wheel. i have never seen one on a 1125 in person. it would probably look great.

glad your safe man.

That must have been a HELL of a "bump"! How on earth did you stay upright? And who the hell cares if its a wheel or a rim? :p
