Will a 09 lightning Brake and clutch lever, turn signals and rider foot pegs fit a 03 Firebolt?

What other options are there for foot pegs and brake levers for my 03 Firebolt?

yes they will fit! and your pegs. there are not that many options but i do see some on flea bay.
