I was really happy with the drummer exhaust on my XB
, who has one on thier 1125 and how do you like it? Kevins web site says no ecm upgrades needed with this 1125 exhaust any thoughts on this ....

I don't have the 1125 but Kevin has never steered me wrong in the past. Nor have i ever heard anyone have a credible complaint. He definitely stands by his work. Call him and ask all the questions you want.

I had asked Erik the same question(via facebook) about ECM upgrades on the 1125 and a pipe. He told me that the ECM in "the 1125 is not capable of correcting the lean condition of any aftermarket pipe install or even a K&N for that matter". Just my two cents....

Hmmm, that's disturbing Red...So Buell himself sez his ECM won't richen up the 1125 w/Drummer? Or did he mean the STOCK ECM?? I wonder how it'll work out. I'd love to get a Drummer for my CR but the damn thing is over $900 (plus another $250 for the supposedly nonfunctional EBR ECM)...hmmmmm.....

Go check out the exhaust shootout at www.americansportbike.com

The race ECM from www.ebracing.com is calibrated to work with any aftermarket pipe.

The top pipes were mine (keda-design), the Barker and then the Drummer, although the spread between the top 4 was pretty close.
