watching "The Forgotten" Episode "Parachute Jane" on Hulu there is a Buell in it can't see what model but it's either 1125r or a CR not sure you see a shot thru the front wheel and then from behind motor sounds like the rotax to. It appears during the rave/club scene when they chase the guy out of the club.

EDIT after going back and looking at it again it's a CR can see the mirrors hanging off the bars

The first time I saw a Buell, and immediately needed to have one, was on the 2000-2001 TV Series Witchblade. The show was based on a comic book character. Yancy Bulter was the main charcacter, Sara Pezzini, a NYC Detective who wielded of the Witchblace, rode a Buell X1, and generally kicked ass.

Took my 12 year old sister to see "Twilight: New Moon" today and thought I spotted the Buell by the frame for the .5 seconds it was on screen and was pretty sure when I saw the tail light... My only reasoning for thinking it was an RR was the EBR sticker at the bottom. But I do think you are right Dave, you can see a hint of radiator cowls.

You can see surface mount blinkers on the front, there is definitely the front reflector, but there are no headlights. One other thing, take a look at the rear subframe. That part is most certainly not a stock 1125.

I read in the book 25 Years of Buell that a Buell was used in a Taco Bell Superbowl half-time ad around '92. I couldn't find the video but I found this article, I wonder if anyone on here saw it?

I know someone posted it before but the Gas Monkey Garage still has the Lightning. Doesn't look like they have done anything to it. Looks the same as the previous pic posted. Pics aren't great the camera was always moving on the show so any pause was blurry. It's around the 30 minute part of the show.
