03 Air Box Cover

I am looking for an 03 air box cover. Color doesnt matter and condition really isnt an issue. Im working on a new mod and need one to do it with. Anyone with one let me know

Just for reference, you can put any year cover on your bike. i have an 03 xb9 and traded my plastics for some black 04 xb12 pieces, and now i have the newer transparent red pieces on it. only difference is that the newer ones have the air vent around the gas cap.

i want to cut a hole in the tank, make a fiberglass box to be recessed in the tank, take an iphone and a docking station make it flush with the tank. Run the power under the cover and seat to the battery and have full power for the phone and be able to use gps functions. i also havent decided but i might run speakers in the tank as well

That sounds like a friction awesome idea, sone way to hhave a cover to make it weather proof would be tits!

Youll probably want to do the airbox delete so you have enough space for the inset box. sounds like a great idea though. i've always though it looked cool when people put their gauges into their gas tanks but it definitely sounds like an easier task on an xb.

i plan on using an otterbox defender for the iphone (its waterproof)and obviously i can find some waterproof speakers. I will def post pictures once im done. Its a unique mod and the buell is the perfect bike to try it. There are only two airbox's on ebay for sale so if anyone has an extra one and is willing to sell let me know.

Dinuns sorry i didnt respond till now i didnt see it. (ill chalk it up to being new to the forum). My fiberglass guy is on board everything should be done in about 3-4 weeks ill post pictures when its done.
