Rankings?

so can someone explan what these rankings mean and soforth on your screen name?

Say you like someones comment or it helped you solve a problem etc.... You push the "thumbs up" buttons to raise their rank. The higher people have, theoretically they have been the most help to people and are most likely a dependable source.

Currently the rep points are not working...

rank is based on number of posts,reputation is the number of posts that have been helpful enough to someone that they gave you a thumbs up.
