cleaning head

anyone have some instructions for cleaning the head with sea foam? This is my first year with my bike and I like to learn to do things on my own any help would be appreciated.

Sorry for the dumb question, I just found out that you put sea foam in gas tank, at least thats what my dad told me. Does this sound right?

Thats all I've ever used it for. I usually put it in my bike when I store it for the winter.

I have put it in slowly to vacumn lines on cars before. You put the whole can in (slowly) otherwise youll bend a rod and let it sit for about 10 mins. Then start it back up and keep it running. All the carbon from your motor is now coming out of the exhaust. It will smoke for a little bit until the carbon is all gone.

I just follow the instructions and adjust ratios accordingly.

Yep. It goes in the gas. But if you need to clean the exterior of the heads, just go to an auto parts store or to Wallyworld and buy an engine de-greaser to spray on. Follow the directions.
