O2 eliminator for 99 X1

I have a guy dyno testing my X1, he works only on Harley's and decided to help me out with some tuning. He wants to eliminate the O2 sensor, he was wondering if there is a part for this or can it be done through the ecmspy? Any help would be appreciated.

You can turn off the O2 sensor via ECMSPY.

How do I do that? I have my Buell on the Dyno today and tomorrow.
