Has anyone had problems with their buell missing? I just pulled the intake manifold off and when I put all the parts back together it just won't run right its not a air leak in the manifold and its not plugs or leads. I was thinking it might have something to do with the throttle position sensor, but does this have to be recalibrated when you pull the manifold off?

Yeah you have to reset and zero the TPS voltage after a service like that.

Unless you can figure out something else to do it, which I am not sure there is much else, only the dealer can do it

Another place to get the software is technoresearch.com
My instructor has the pro version, does harleys, buells, metrics, etc. He made it look easy, but he makes boring cylinders, rebuilding multi-carbs, everything look easy. I think I would want someone there to walk me through it the first time. Either that or some REALLY user friendly instructions. Are there any other dealers within a days ride?

The VDSTS system that American Sport Bike sells works very well. It's about $250 though. Usually a reset at the dealer is an Hour of labor or less.
