I "won" a set of the Oberon clone mirrors on ebay. 11.45$+8.50s/h. Just look under harley davidson bar end mirrors. I just missed a set and the winner got them for 3.75 + 8.50 s/h. Check this item # out

As far as the fender just cut it and file it and sand it. It's easy

I don't know how much you were willing to spend, but American Sportbike sells an excellent set of bar end mirrors. They are a bit pricey, but work great. The fender eliminator that is on my bike is from Diesel Moto and I don't have any complaints. Just my two cents....
