360 adjustable foot peg mounting kits:
More functional than aftermarket rearsets at a fraction of the price. Adjustable mounts deliver the perfect position for any riding style. Mounts directly on OEM foot peg brackets like a standard peg assembly or insert the swivel plate to gain 54 possible positions for the peg. The 80MM are stock length. I just got off of the phone with CP and I will have some 80MM pegs on their way tomorrow. I have the 68MM in stock, they are about a half inch shorter than stock.

Geez...wish you were selling these last year, that is a great deal! I love my cycle pirates pegs...I have the 68mm pegs (I either didn't know about, or they didn't have, the 80mm length), and they feel fine under my size 13 boot.

Great adjust ability, too...I started with mine in a straight drop like my stock pegs, then put them at about 45 degrees to the rear for a good bit of drop and a little more room for my toes.

I wear a 12 wide and like the 68 mm's. I like to hang my foot off of the peg some, just a comfort thing.

Shipping to Oz is no problem. The CP pegs alone will not fit your OEM mounts. They require an end piece that is sold in the adjustable kit. You would simply leave out the drop bracket if you didn't want the ability to adjust them.

As long as I'm placing an order already it is no big deal. Some pegs are a couple dollars more and some are a few dollars less. To me or rather from me, they are all the same. That makes it simple. :D

I'll sell you just the pegs however they won't mount to our bikes without the adapters. You would need the 360* kit to rob the peg mount (they don't sell them seperately).

The pegs are awesome. Quite the inexpensive alternative to rearsets. I was able to move the pegs down and to the rear. Throws my feet back a little and feel like I am lying on the tank. Gives a cafe racer kinda feel.

I have the 68mm and feel they are just right for size and I wear a size 11 US boot. The 68mm feels just right for me like it is enough support but not like you are standing on a barrel.

The 68 and 80 are the lengths. I like the slightly longer 80MM pegs. The 80mm are a little longer than stock and the 68MM are slightly shorter than stock (stock 1125 pegs). The diameter is the same on both. They do ofer a larger diameter "Stunter" peg also. Decisions.........

Got mine put on, I didn't use the drop bracket as I like the position, I just wanted the round knurled pegs in black. I will let you guys know that the bolt for the peg is too long if you don't use the drop and it hits the hinge spring before the peg gets tight. I just added 2 small washers to take up the extra space.

Also put on new brake and shift levers from ASB to match the look:

^^^ We'll ship via USPS Falt Rate for that shipment as it will be the least expensive. ASV come with red adjusters. The 09 XB is that a 6 or 8 piston front caliper?

From my calipers versus pictures of the 06 models on google images, I'd have to surmise that mine is indeed an 8 piston caliper..

I thought I recalled reading somewhere that you requested to purchase different colored dials for the ASV C5 levers from the supplier, even though theycome with red as a standard..(?)

If there's no option then there's no option but I just thought you'd found a little way around the red dial vs coloured dial options.. If I'm mistaken then red would be ok, but silver woul be my preference, only if there was a way....

Ok, so I got my pegs (and levers too), but there is a bit of an issue.. Earlier in this thread someone asked if the could be mounted onto the rear pegs as well, but it appears there is a problem with this.. The rear pegs use a spring and ball bearing situation with a plate that allows them to lock into position, up or down.

Without the hole for the spring and ball bearing in the universal mount, the pegs will just rattle around in the down position. From what I can tell, if the mounts had the correct depth and diameter hole in the correct position, you could easily use the plate, spring and ball bearing from the original peg mount to make it work....

But as it stands, out of the packet there doesn't seem to be a way to make the Cycle Pirates pegs mountable in the pillion positions.

Is there any way to correct this, or does someone have an alternative solution?

Gotta keep the rear pegs for wifey, and REALLY want to match the front Cycle Pirates pegs which look great thus far....

The foot peg and mount above the CP mount in these photos is a replacement one from ASB, that incorporates the spring, ball bearing and spacer plate from the original rear peg unit.

When installed they lock into position - up, or down, with the sprung ball bearing seating itself in the lugs/holes of the spacer plate. One annoyance is the ASB pegs seem just a little askew in either position -(not straight when up OR down), and so I like the adjustability and colour of the CP mount, as well as much preferring the CP pegs.

From the looks of things it seems like it's probably just a matter of the CP mount having the correct diameter/depth hole drilled in the correct place, and then everything should work..(?) Any thoughts/advice much appreciated

Turns out a hole won't do it...:-(
The area that requires the hole, is not thick enough to accomodate a hole of the required depth. In other words, it drilling would pierce one side and thus not hold the spring in place... This is really becoming difficult to use as a rear peg option :-(

Question, can the CP pegs mount to the the OEM mounts?

Next what if a spring was used like in the front pegs although that would only hold the peg down.

Pegs can't mount to OEM ones, no... I could re thread some ASB ones I have but they're alloy colour (not black) and more importantly they aren't quite straight aligned in either up or down position, which was one of the reasons I went for the Cycle Pirates ones... Not trying to be a pain in the ass here, just letting you guys know, is all.. Need to find another way, but trying to avoid having to get a whole new mount machined if possible.

Has anyone mounted a set of these pegs to a "Tuber" frame?

I had a potential customer ask me about this and I do not know the answer. The "Tuber" pegs/mounts look narrower then the XB/1125 mounts.

Awesome, come outside from grabbing some water and some lady knocked over my bike and fled. No cameras either. I am pretty positive it was her, I should have thought a little more about parking there. Something about her just looked "off". At any rate, the left mount is fractured...FML.

I have heard from other people that our zx10 or other shiftlever will fit.
But Im not quite sure which kind. You might youtube or check internet
which one. Also my boss has seen 1125 with our product but doesn't
