Talk to your local harley dealer. they may still have some and harley should still be making parts (for 5 years i think).

m109: what kind of seat do you have now? I have a high seat I want to trade for a medium seat. Maybe if you have a medium, you, me and billy bee could work out a 3 way swap.

I ordered a new one through the dealer, it was $107. I have the part number if needed.
