Ok so this caught my eye while browsing asb.com the other day and was wondering if anyone has done the conversion, pros/cons to it, what's needed that's not included in the kit. Superbike bar conversion (http://www.americansportbike.com/shoponline/ccp0-prodshow/9077.html)

Yep I saw that on the site a short while back. If you don't like to lean over forward it should work OK. Make sure to give yourself time to [relearning] how the bike Handles.Leaning into a turn will be just ever so slightly different. Not much though you will figure it out quick enough. Haven't heard anything Bad about it EXCEPT the price Ouch![cool]

I put that kit on my '09 firebolt. As far as I'm concerned there are no cons, it handles great and you can ride all day comfortably. Everything you need comes with the kit, top clamp, bars and extended brakeline. It took a little adjusting things to get everything to fit just right. I ended up cutting probablu almost an inch off the bars, moving the clutch lever and the master cylinder to make sure everything cleared the fairing. I also have Pazzo shortly levers which probably help a bit too. All in all a great conversion, no regrets.

I put that kit on my '09 firebolt.

Can you post some pictures? I've been interested in that kit, but didn't know how it would look. Also, where does the ignition switch end up?

My homemade set-up. Drilled and cut my top triple, made some risers, and threw a set of pro-tapers on there. Yeee-HAW!!!!!!!

Did you have to swap all the cables to the lightening ones or just the clutch? I'm thinking of drilling my triple and adding risers since those kits are so expensive.
