Comp can not read ECM spy

I have buy DT cable, down load driver, down load ECM spy, but the computer still can not read the ECM. Anybody can help me ?

same as your other post depends on what year your bike is

If your bike is 08 and above, ECMSpy won't work and you'll have to go with TunerProRT.
