'03 XB9R part out, rebuilt engine with 4k miles, LED tail, K&N, Race pack, ECMspy cable!

So as you all know, the Buell has come to an unfortunate end. The bike isn't for SURE being parted out, I am letting the guy that was planning on buying it before it got wrecked come look at it and see if he still wants it, if not, claim away! The front wheel is bent, upper and lower triple tree are snapped in half, forks are still in good condition. Left mirror is still good, scratched a little and has a small tear in the rubber boot thing. Oil cooler is busted and leaking, the fairing under the bike is a little deformed from sitting on the exhaust but the exhaust is still fine, I checked it out while the bike was hoisted. List of parts so far:

ALL PARTS ARE OBO

Engine (Rebuilt, with paperwork, has 4k miles on it)
Rider 1" lower footpegs
ECMSpy cable
Rear footpegs
Rear seat cowl
All heel guards are good
Brand new shifter lever
Left mirror (scratches and small rip in boot)
Front fairing, airbox cover, and tail fairing are all good with scratches (pics on request)
Front and rear seats are good
Smoked tail light lens with integrated LED brake light and turn signals
BRAND NEW (Less than 1k miles) K&N filter
Race ECM
Race Exhaust
Brand new fairing stay (broken on right arm)
Brand new 2nd gen headlight assembly (low beam is smashed)
Rear wheel is good
Drive belt is good and new (Like 4k miles), no fraying, no stretching, just covered in dirt
Front rotor and caliper are good
Swing arm is good with some scratches

Alright ECMSpy and rear wheel claimed, had a guy PM me about the windscreen earlier but I'll put you as second-taker if he's not interested! I'm letting this stuff go for obo, would like to clear $500 for everything when it's all said and done. If someone is interested, you can take the whole bike home with you for $500!

I really really need the piece that attaches the seat lock to the cable!!!! Can't get my bike together without it!!! It's a really small piece that screws into the back of the seat lock!!!!

Just got off the phone and the 03 primary chain and sprocket will fit mine for the gearing reduction kit and all i would have to do is buy a stretch bolt from them. So if you part the engine, i still call dibs on it. :D

Well guys, fortunately and unfortunately the guy that looked at it did buy it. He has experience with custom choppers and said he could fix it pretty easily.
