Battery is dead, work not done by me (previous owner), personally rode it about 75 miles. I just do not like the way it handles.
Last time I rode it, it was backfiring (I believe due to old gas)
I'm looking to do some house repairs, or I would wait and fix it up.

Asking $3200

My kid is looking for a bike think maybe make a low ball offer scene bike doesn't run. What do you guys think?

I would say an offer for $2800 would be far considering the bike doesn't run. But that is based off you believing it is an easy fix and not major internal damages. If the damages were more intense I would say an offer of $2200 since it does have quite a few aftermarket parts.

I would make sure the frame is not kinked/bent, too.
