My kickstand bolt broke and i cant find any aftermarket ones, any helpful suggestions [sad][sad]

If it is just a bolt go to any local hardware store and get a new one.

What year is your bike? Also, does anyone know which years have the crappy kickstandy-ness?

That bolt is one of, I tried riggin one my self, wast of time, the dealer said there was a recall on XB kickstands, I got the 05 XB12R and iv been leaning it on my pucks for weeks, now I carry my dirt bike stand that slides in the swingarm in my backpack every were, not the best idea especially if i meet the concrete.

From first models up to 05 or was it 06?
Don't remember, but there are new kits avaible. I have one. My old also broke. My bike was done with all mods. The only thing that was not changed was the kickstand. The day after i collected the bike the kickstand just broke off when i was driving. I had to call my father on the mobile, ended up so that he held the bike while i mounted the new kickstand. Fortunately, springs etc did not blew away. Well, nothing really bad happened so i guess i was lucky in the end.
