I'm looking for the part number for 07 XB12R that would bypass the charcoal canister. I found a part number for the lightning.... HS0020.02A8, but I need the same part for my firebolt. This part is found on the regular 49 state buells, I have the cali model. Thanks BPG!!

When I removed mine I used the existing tubing to run it to a point where it wouldn't spray anywhere noticable or dangerous. It didn't cost me a cent, I almost always go the free/cheapest route.

Thanks BPG! and good tip Bordsnbikes!

BPG, besides the standard hose, what does the Fuel vent and Carb do and where are they installed?

I'm still learning all this EVAP crap. ALL I really know is I want it gone. Do you know if there is a sensor on any of the buell that would prevent the removal from going smoothly? Thanks again! I know you dont really deal with CA bikes over in AZ, so I am extremely grateful for the help.

There's no sensors on it. The canister is full of charcoal that nuetrelizes and gas vapors coming out of the tank from overflow. The only real reason to take it off is that its ugly.

I bought the 49 state hose. $11.95. It just got in yesterday, but I haven't been to the dealership to pick it up. I'm excited about having extra space. What will I do with it? maybe I can put extra socks the whole for extended out of town trips... lol or not
