06 blast won't start

Hello all. I just bought an 06 with 1200 miles, rode it for a week and now it won't start. The warning lights and tail lights come one, but not the turn signals or the headlight. The horn won't sound, and there is nothing at all that happens when I press the starter, nothing at all. no noise, no start.

I rode it about an hour each way the night before on the highway at over 70 miles if that has anything to do with it.

when I turn the handlebars to the right it cuts off power to everything. no warning lights, no neutral light. while i was rolling the bike i think that the headlight and turn signals came on for a bit.

I would think that its somewhere in the wiring around the bars

Check the steering head area where the bundle of wires comes up to your bars, a common place for rubbing/shorting wires.

I was jiggling the wires around the right side of the headlight and I was able to get the lights to turn off. So as soon as I get some allen wrenches, sockets, a multimeter, and some electrical tape I will try to resolve this.

And finally got some allen wrenches and it turned out that 30 miles on the highway shook a connection loose. Thanks for the support and suggestions.
