I was thinking about throwing something like these under my bike instead of the muffle since I can't seem to salvage it and make it work like new. its a lot cheaper then a supertrapp muffle and should be just as loud. I am just wondering what people think if its a good idea. I know I will prolly run lean and need to adjust for it.

1st choice
Baffle Pack - FLO-PRO (http://www.flopro.com/baffle.html)

2nd choice
MagnaFlow Glass Pack (http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/02glasspack.asp)

I run a magnaflow magnapack on mine with a 2" header. It works well. It's loud.

To tell you the truth it's not obnoxious. It IS louder than stock by a lot though.

It definitely turns heads because it's not immediatly recognizable.

It says PUTT! PUTT! PUTT! PUTT!

I currently have a white brothers exhaust but the muffler is pretty beat to hell and barely holding together and welding isn't helping much. so my bike is loud now. I actually would prefer it a little more quiet but I don't see that happening with this setup lol

I replaced my Jardine with a Magnaflow 11148 muffler.
sounds awesome. feels better than the Jardine.

I have since removed the intake and built something different. It also doesn't have the necked down to 1.5" exit to the magnapack.

It's actually off right now for a rebuild of motor and reengineer of the whole exhaust. : )

I can hear that Blast driving down my road way before it gets to my house.

That said, it's way quieter than the geezer-Glides that roll through my neighborhood with short or non-existent mufflers and almost two liters of displacement.

Mik: Can NOT wait for the new hotness. Sleep less and work more. Lawl

Hi guys/gals

Anyone here have exhaust you're willing to sell?
My header pipe broke off on the stock exhaust :(

also... when you get after market mufflers like the Magnaflow 11148, how do you attach it to the bike? Where can I get the pipe manufactured?

Thank you in advance for the help!
