Must be cheap - sub $1000. Don't mind working on it, but must be complete and not seized or badly damaged. I can pick it up almost anywhere in Texas and maybe surrounding states for the right price. Must have clear title. I am aware of one or two on Craigslist in the area, but those haven't worked out.
