want to upgrade my blast

I have been thinking alot about getting the bike to sit up higher. Is there an after market rear shock you can buy that is larger than the stock and will make the bike sit up higher?

Also, what about the foot pegs...I have had this bike for two years and living in the mountains on the windy road, I damn near grind my pegs every turn. Is there a way to put those up higher also?
