Well I just got word that I'm deploying so I need to sell my firebolt :(...Here's the specs

2006
10xxx miles
New rear tire, have not put a front one on yet since i barley got to ride this year.

Only mods:
Breather reroute
LED taillight
Adjustable levers
HIDS
50dro sldiers
frame pucks

I'm located just under Saratoga Springs, NY and just north of Albany, NY.

I hope this goes to a good home because I love this bike. My plan is when i get back to buy a lightning so help me with this.

Bike runs great I have no problems with it at all.

2000 DR650 with a looong list of aftermarket goodies. Low miles and in great shape.

Also in great shape is a 1981 Kawasaki CSR750. Both have current pa registration. I'd be willing to trade both bikes and possibly a few bucks on top for your Buell.

UPDATE:
If this doesn't sell by the first week of Dec, I'll likely ride it to Naples, Fl. So anyone in the south or down the East Coast that's looking for a well sorted DR, here's your chance!

Two days after returning from a 13 week, 10,000 mile coast to coast trip aboard a ZX14 I was hit by a deer. The mighty ZX was destroyed. I sold the wreckage and needed a bike asap as it's my only form of transportation. I always wanted a dual sport so I bought the DR. It's been a lot of fun and I've really enjoyed adding farkles and making it my own. Now, a few months later, I'm needing something more interstate friendly. The DR is plenty capable of cruising at 80mph for days on end, but a Buell or Ducati is what I'm after. I'm a v-twin lover at heart.

The rear tire is on its last 2000 miles, the chain is about 2/3 through it's lifespan and the rear pads are close to replacement status.

THE DETAILS:
About 12,000 miles. Stock speedo included, so mileage between the stock speedo & Vapor is accurate. Runs absolutely perfect. Current Pa inspection. Clear Pa title in my name. Located in Milford, Pa 18337.

THE DEAL:
$3100 or trade towards Ducati 900ss or Monster, Buell, a VFR, a Triumph, etc... All interesting bike trades considered. I will travel for the right deal.

Common sense usually would indicate that the OP is being deployed, and wants 0 bikes stateside. If he were to trade you bikes, I believe he would still have 1 bikes. His goal is to get to 0 bikes, so I believe his goal is to sell his 1 bike. With that said, I also doubt he would like to purchase your bike, because then he would have 2 bikes. Having 2 bikes would actually be further from his goal. His goal being 0 bikes while deployed.

If you can't get your bottom dollar, find some family and store it. It'll be paid for looooong before you redeploy back to the states and you won't have to wait for a good long ride.

Hell I'm in Texas, she can sit her ass next to mine in the garage if need be, I promise I won't even ride it! ;)
