Have fun, be safe, slip the clutch, and prepared to be disappointed in the xb =(

For drag racing of course you wont perform as well as some other sport bikes, but hell, who doesnt like a straight smooth road to go all out on. Its all in good fun, i really need to find a track or strip near me, that sounds like fun :p

well im also going to be running a streched and worked zx10r on the bottle so ill get my speed in for the night but just want the enjoyment of running my buell down the strip mainly because its not exactly a sight that everyone there gets to see to often.

Probably mid 12s with a good launch. Speed demons these things aren't...

Ya you will have fun and the speed on the other bike. Buells are for corners but the challenge of the quarter is a HOOT. Personally I think everyone should try it. Not sure what it costs there but 30$ here for probably ten runs or more if a guy stayed late, is well worth the money. And the fans love watching these bike launch :)

Here its only $10 and you can get up to 20 passes a night so its quite a blast, unfortunatly after getting all packed up yesterday we called before we left and they had closed from to much heat? Generally i would think that would be a good thing, and it was only 101 but im sure the track was much hotter. O'well, we just tore apart my buddys bike insted to put some new cams in it. I guess ill just wait 3 weeks and try for it again.

I was looking forward to the times. Don't you just hate it when they close the tracks.
