I have a 2002 M2 Cyclone and it is a beautiful bike. I have put a ton of miles on the bike and i believe it is time for a rebuild. The bike began using more and more oil at the beginning of this summer. There is also a slight knock in one of the pistons which I think is a pin or a ring. Either Way it is time for a rebuild. I would like to kick it up a few cc's. I am not sure whether to go ahead and have my 1200 engine bored over or if i can put new jugs on the bike or what. I want to know what the best decision would be and what size i should bump the engine up to. Also I am curious if there is a manual out there that will allow me to make these modifications myself?[confused]

Yeah, search their page. They have more than one. You'll have to punch the cases out to go bigger.
