Wanted to buy XB12 crank and rods

I am planning to do an engine rebuild on my 03 XB9s this winter and do a XB9>XB12 conversion on it. I need a crank and rods from an XB12 and a set of XB12 headers to do the swap. I know an engine swap would be easier but this would be cheaper than buying a whole XB12 engine. An XB12 Race ECM is needed a well.

Im looking for the same thing, haven't seen any on Ebay, but im gonna keep looking. Are the XB9 and XB12 heads the same?

The heads are the same between the 9 and 12. Just pistons, rods, crank, throttle body and header are the core differences.
