getting some front end hesitation from my m2 1999. feels like im going over grooved payment all the time in all gears....???

Wheel bearings? Jack the front end up and check.

Check the psi in you're tires.

Did you mess with the triple clamps at all? It could be your steering stem nut is too tight...
