Why? they are already stainless. What more do you want?

well, the oil cooler isn't actually going back on a buell. its being fitted to a extemely modified yamaha v max. went to the local harley dealer and they were no help. tried a harley/buell dealer in manchester n.h., all they could tell me was it takes a 20mm wrench to attach the stock oil lines. so mr dozer, can you check your owners manual and let me know what you find out. thanks dozer and anyone else who can help out

I looked in my manual and it doesnt list the sizes anywhere I can see. It has the wrench sizes needed but thats it.

I just checked again and its not showing the wrench sizes either. It was showing the measurements between the hoses. I miss read it as the wrench size. I only see the torque values there. Sorry man

If you have an Eaton/Aeroquip store around your area take in your lines, they should be able to fab something up for you.If that does not work check with a speed shop, they may know of a place to make custom lines.
