I've owned this for close to 4 years now I think.....maybe 3.

Replaced plastics with black XB12R
Race ECM
XB9SL suspension
Zero Gravity smoked double bubble windscreen
Carbon fiber front fender
Carbon fiber extended hugger
Carbon fiber chin spoiler
Carbon fiber oil cooler cover
Dropped footpegs
Extended mirrors
Traction grips
Tank mask
Corbin seat
Chain conversion
Wave rotors
Micro turn signals
Powdercoated rims and swingarm
Special Ops exhaust
Shinko Raven tires
Polished heal guards

I think that's it. Still have some powder coating to do and a ceramic coated exhaust to install.

sweet ride, how do you like those wave rotors?are they worth the money or just look good?i asked a buddy of mine the same question and he said the stock ones stopped well and the waves stopped well, but could buy 2 stock rotors for the price of 1 wave, thats why they make good pads.welcome and chime in often theres alot to be had on this site.sweet ride and ride safe.

forgot one item, how do you like the chain conversion, did you pick up any highway speed or drop some rpms in 5th gear, how did it affect your lower end?

There is a slight amount of better breaking. Is it enough to really make a difference??? I guess that depends on how quickly you notice that car when it jumps out in front of you.

Snappy in the low end with the chain. Some days I'm easily popping air shifting into second gear. I really can't say about highway RPM's as I never paid attention.

As for getting here now, I never knew about this site. I used to hang at the Badweb all the time. Think I found the link for this site in a newsgroup or something of that sort.

The secret of the wave rotor is more about how much faster they cool back down than stock, as opposed to how much better they brake.

Ask anyone who rides their Buell like the bitch she is and then had to replace their stock rotors multiple times. The price of the wave is worth it in the long run...
