i was searching for grips for when i change my handlebars and stumbled upon this, it seems pretty cool, however i dont know how practical it would be, because if you get on the throttle you are gonna be holding on for dear life, and i think you might accident rotate the clutch and disengage it.

i just wanted to know your thoughts on the matter:

Yeah, that was my thought also when I saw it.
I believe it is more for the guys/girls that want the minimalist look, ie the Chopper crowd. Doesn't seem practical on a sportbike, or you would see it all over the paddocks at the races.

I agree with ophawk. Even if you are doing it for looks, you would have to remove the front brake lever to balance things out. You would then have to make a foot braking system with a proportioning valve to both brakes. Doesn't seem worth it, let alone safe.
