I have an 06 xb9sx and i want more of an aggressive handlebar.. however i do not want a typical crotch rocket type thing there your basically stuck leaning over the "gas tank" always. Ive ridden a r6 and hate it, so i dont want something like taht.. the crossroads seem nice (0 degree) but lil too pricy..
so maybe a version of the pro tapers would work, but i dont know which one..can anyone help me out??

I have the Pro-Taper / Schoolboy-low. You are still in an upright position, but more forward. They also look cool as hell. Driven and Renthal are also good options. From what I've read on here from others, is that the Crossroads require a few mods with cables etc., but the end product is really nice. you can find pics with different bars throughout the forum.

I have CSG bars from Wild Hair Accessories here in AZ. They are awesome! Couldn't believe the difference they made. They also have aggressive Hagen 7 bars, personally the CSG are aggressive enough but still comfortable. Plus they blow the factory bars out of the water on looks, comfort, and maneuverability.

Protaper se (78s) moto cross bars. Love em. Little wider, little lower. I used a 1" riser so there about the same height as stock. Maybe a touch higher. I just love how wide they are. http://i838.photobucket.com/albums/zz309/joshua11777/6ae8f9b3.jpg
