Hey guys, I just picked up an 08 xb9sx with 4000 miles on it. I am looking to upgrade the ecm and exhaust. What are my options? I used to have an 03 xb9s that I had ti exhaust and ebr ecm in and it ripped. I cant find any race ecm's for this bike though....HELP! Thanks Nick

Ebr ECM (http://www.erikbuellracing.com/store/models/xb9/xb9-model-ddfi-2-preprogrammed-ecm.html)plug n play

Or you could click on the tuniversity and at the bottom of the page and remap your stock ECM.

The plug and play does not offer one for the 08, just up to 07[confused]

That one is no good either oh9. Unfortunately ebr does not offer a plug and play ecm option for the 2008-2010 984's. You can buy their DDFI3 programable kit or use tunerpro to tune it yourself. I have talked with ebr and they said all their efforts are on their new line up so they don't intend to put any focus on a plug and play varient for the DDFI3 984'S.

Sorry about the double post but when it comes to the 9 jardine has some of the best prices and the best power numbers in the ASB Buell exhaust shoot out. Many don't like the noise or the quality but personally I love mine. If you keep the can in good shape and repack it as the manufacturer advises it will hold up just fine. The only time they break is when you burn up the packing and dont replace it. Causing excessive heat and vibration on the outter can rivets causing them to let loose. I also enjoy an extra loud exhaust. [up]
