I just put a Jardine muffler on, I took off the cable on top of the airbox but did not know if I am supposed to unplug the wiring clip going to the motor that controls the cable. Thanks

Leave it plugged unless you have the race ecm.

Even with my Race ECM and Micron I left the servo in place and plugged in. Cable and everything else from the stock exhaust was removed. No harm no foul.

Get a servo emulator unless you plan on changing the ecm.

Why bother spending the money on it at all. Nobody see's it unless your plastics aren't solid color. Leave it there. Just remove the cable or leave the cable connected to the ECM and wrap it up a tuck it away with a tie strap underneath by the muffler. That way if for some reason you sell or even go back to stock its still there and easliy hooked back up. Just my 2 cents.

I'm putting my Jardine on tomorrow. I bought the Servo emulator to go with it as well. Am I gonna see where this thing should be connected? On the directions for the exhaust it doesnt say anything about the servo emulator. Anybody shed any light on this?
