My bike has 3600 miles on it and a hmf pipe, and a k@N air filter. 2009 1125r .... i often get low voltage errors when I start my bike, but usually goes away soon after starting. yesterday i was riding home in 80 degree weather when my bike started "sputering" out under 5000 rpm's then i got a crank pos sys error... bike died at a light got it started but could'nt keep an idle without reving. i rode about 10 blocks stopped at a light it died... upon re-starting the bike produced a puff of grey smoke from were i believe was under the tank shroud. the bike just clicks now and gives error codes P1005 low fuel sys/U0001 com erreor/P0339 Crk pos sys err/P2303 RR ign sys err/P0087 fuel sys err/ P1047 F-R af sys err?

The stator is a common problem on the 1125 but the voltage regulator could also be your problem

Like buellxb9rs said, if your bike doesn't have enough charge on your battery this will happen.
First put a full charge on your battery.
Try and start your bike.
Sounds like your regulator probably has blown and you may have an issue with your stator as well. A little testing of the stator will tell for sure.
