Need some tuning help in Ohio

Anyone in Northeast Ohio that would be willing to help with some tuning on my XB9? I have a Jardine pipe and want to do a K&N but the previous owner had one on and it ran like ****. I did the breather re route to help with the backfiring but I still get that as well. If I could find someone with a ECM spy and cable that would be great!
