what direction?

So i need to rebuild my forks. Right now i have all balls seals in and am putting Harley seals in so they look different. What direction should it face? I looked in the manual and it doesn't really show. Should one be up or should two be facing up? I'm assuming the sweepers/ridges should point up to sweep the oil up right?

Also the manual says 94mm for oil level i thought i read on here 110mm i only weigh 180 in gear.

Spring side goes up. Manual does say 94 but I put i did 110

The only markings on them is part number nkg and some other stuff all on the same side (opposite side of spring) and the video he uses all balls and says there's a defiant direction but doesn't explain...
