2004 Buell XB12S for sale

5,900 miles or so on it. K&N filter, bar end mirrors are about the only stuff i've done to it. I've done all the maintenance to it during it's life. Recently did a complete tune up and oil change less than 500 miles ago. Runs great just don't have time to ride anymore. Got too many other projects going on and this one is getting neglected. Figured i would see if there was any interest out on the world wide web. Found this forum through another one that i was on. Located in Houston, Tx.

Sorry man. The price is a bit high, and just putting a K&N in it made it run lean it's whole life. [sad] Thats why your header is so blue. You might want to put it back to stock and not mention that when you sell it. ;)

i respectfully disagree dave, although I do agree the K&N possibly may have made it run a little lean without a remap, its really hard to judge that by just looking at the headers. Good luck with the sale and if it helps you any, I bought a 2005 Buell XB12Scg with 3200 miles for $5700 last year when things were a little better.

the pipes were blue almost from day one. I didn't put the K&N in till a few thousand ago. As for price, it might be a little high, but i've seen the same bike go for more with more miles.

I'm also open to offers.....

I'm not selling cause i have to, just thought i would see what interest is out there.
