Rear brake return spring needed

The rear brake is hanging up. I don't see a place for a spring, but something has to draw the pedal back so the brake disengages and the brake light will go out.

I'm looking for a spring, where do I get one or a better answer.

Rebuild the rear master cylinder

Clean the rear caliper and see if it is hanging up. Rebuild if needed
