Fuel Cap?s

When my tank is full and the bike is hot, the fuel tank pressure valve will pump fuel out. I dont know if my cap is supposed to breath and its clogged or I just had the tank too full? I know the heat problem has been beaten to death but sitting at a stoplight the bike will get 200+ degrees and only 1 fan will kick on. way too hot for a liquid cooled bike right? Im working on a video nao.

You filled it up to high, there is a inner lip that is the highest it should be filled up to.
